U.S. Undergraduate Internship Program

Conning offers a ten week undergraduate summer internship program with its Hartford, CT-based* team that provides an enriching experience through hands-on work experience, community service participation, and meaningful mentoring relationships. Conning interns have opportunities to lead strategic projects that are presented to company leadership at the end of the program.

Requirements

Conning’s U.S. undergraduate internship program seeks talented and driven business or economics students with an interest in the investment management industry. Rising juniors and seniors with strong analytical, technical and leadership skills, as well as experience with Bloomberg, are preferred. Applicants are encouraged to apply between September-December.

Internships typically occur within the following groups, but opportunities may differ depending on business need each year:

  • Portfolio Management
  • Corporate Accounting
  • Investment Accounting
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Insurance Research
  • Corporate Development
  • Risk Management
  • Information Technology
